Dr. Ochoa presented two recent cases in Fuerteventura with which he has achieved a high rate of predictability in maxillae with severe atrophy.

The Sheraton Hotel in Fuerteventura was the setting chosen for the clinical presentation of two cases with patients who, due to their lack of bone mass, had to be rehabilitated with implants housed in the zygomatic arch.

Before twenty professionals, Doctor Ochoa Valdés showed diagnostic images of the cases that reflected the initial state of the patients.

In his speech, Dr. Ochoa explained how after the previous study phase with 3D scanner and computed tomographic images, it was decided to approach the intervention by implanting fixations in the zygomatic bone.

Two videos of the surgical phase were projected, as well as numerous photographs illustrating each step of the intervention, as well as the final result achieved after the prosthetic phase.

The attending professionals were very interested in knowing the details of the technique and for this a question time was opened.

The event was sponsored by Nobel Biocare, which invited attendees to a snack after the training session.
